Posiada szerokie doświadczenie w zakresie prawa karnego gospodarczego. Reprezentuje przedsiębiorstwa w postępowaniach karnych i cywilnych w sprawach o zwalczanie nieuczciwej konkurencji. Także jest arbitrem, Członkiem Rady Trybunału i Sekretarzem Trybunału Arbitrażowego ds. Sportu przy Polskim Komitecie Olimpijskim.
Adwokat Anna Porębska, LL.M. Jest adwokatem i tłumaczem przysięgłym języka niemieckiego. Ukończyła również studia magisterskie na kierunku dziennikarstwo i komunikacja społeczna oraz studia podyplomowe LL.M. z prawa niemieckiego. Jako zastępca redaktora naczelnego Portalu Prawa Konkurencji „Unfair Competition & Compliance Law Portal” od samego początku istnienia Portalu odpowiada za merytoryczne aspekty publikacji. Od 2013 r. związana z Kancelarią RGW Rocławski Graczyk i Wspólnicy Adwokacka Spółka Jawna. Posiada doświadczenie zawodowe w sprawach cywilnych i gospodarczych, prawie własności intelektualnej i zwalczania nieuczciwej konkurencji.
